  • When will I receive my item?

    For in-stock items, we ship within 1-3 business days and you will receive within 5-8 business days.

    For pre-order items, once the items are back in stock, we ship within 1-3 business days and you will receive within 5-8 business days.

    For customized items, we customize and ship within 5-10 business days and you will receive within 15-20 business days for expedited shipping or 25-40 days for normal shipping depending on your location and the custom clearing status.

  • How will my package arrive?

    Your package will be delivered with USPS, packed with an eco-friendly box or wrap including Pixa Pod Home designed cardholder addressing the returning information.
